University Partnerships

What to Expect


As a member of the University Partnerships team, you'll be responsible for onboarding faculty and helping to ensure that their corporate collaborations are successful. From initial onboarding to project updates and success management, this role will make a significant impact on our company, and on the effect that we make on our partners.

  • Grow our relationship with faculty and university administrators at dozens of target universities

  • Handle project intake, scope, and documentation and translate that work into industry-sponsored projects

  • Oversee projects and act as the communication bridge between private and university partners

  • Maintain and help to expand relationships to find new opportunities

What You Definitely Need

  • A minimum of one to two years of experience managing client or partner relationships

  • Experience driving renewals and upsell opportunities

  • Flawless attention to detail as well as written and communication skills

  • The ability to work in a fluid environment

  • Authorized to work in the US


What Will Help

  • Prior experience or relationships in higher education
  • Prior experience in career development or continuing education for a university or private education provider
