Technical Project Manager

What to Expect

  • You'll be a part of a rapidly growing Professional Services team, overseeing the client onboarding process

  • Manage ongoing technical projects for current clients

  • Host kickoff and planning meetings with clients and the Professional Services team

  • Develop and manage project plans, scope, and timelines, and work directly with clients on matters including scope creep

  • Act as point of escalation to clients on matters relating to project scope and timelines

What You Definitely Need

  • At least 2 years of technical project management experience

  • Experience managing Salesforce Implementations

  • Experience working for or with applications on Salesforce AppExchange

  • Able to travel roughly 50% of the time to clients' offices

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience working directly with clients

 

What Will Help

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Workflow tool experience (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • A PMP or another form of project management certification
