Technical Account Manager

What to Expect

  • You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients on marketing strategy and product training, as well as the go-to technical expert and consultant to clients, Campaign Operations, and Sales teams

  • Support implementation, client onboarding and enablement, and work with business development teams to hit client renewal and upsell targets

  • Monitor trends of technical issues to help guide product improvement

  • Advise clients on how to use the platform to meet their marketing and advertising needs, and act as the point-person to communicate updates and new features to the platform

 

What You Definitely Need

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university

  • At least two to three years of experience working directly with clients while at an adtech or martech company

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel

  • Proficiency in SQL/JavaScript, and HTML

  • The ability to clearly communicate complex technical matters to non-technical teammates and clients

 

What Will Help

  • Experience using issue and project tracking tools and ad serving platforms

  • An incredibly high level of intellectual curiosity, and examples of tinkering with code and developing personal side projects using Javascript, Python, or other languages
