What to Expect
Your job will be to stay on top of current technology and laws surrounding data usage, and find creative solutions to connect the company's product to prospective clients' solutions.
What You Definitely Need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
At least two years of experience at a SaaS company, working within a Success department and focusing on Implementation, Support, Customer Success, or Solutions/Presales Engineering
Experience resolving technical issues on behalf of current clients, or finding solutions to issues presented by prospective clients

Experience working on enterprise RFPs and RFIs
