What to Expect

  • Act as one of the lead company and product evangelists to the industry

  • Identify, engage with, and qualify top talent, and partner with hiring managers to build a robust pipeline of talent for current openings as well as proactively for upcoming roles

  • Develop new sourcing channels, as well as internal and external referral sources and tools
  • Track monthly inbound activity and candidate quality by source
  • Iterate on the candidate experience and interview process
  • Improve the company's employer brand, and train hiring managers and interviewers on interview best practices


What You Definitely Need

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within Recruitment, People Development, or Human Resources

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience directly prospecting, engaging, and placing candidates within the SaaS space

  • A deep understanding of current trends within recruitment technology such as ATSs and sourcing tools

  • Previous experience recruiting both Engineering and Sales talent


What Will Help

  • A strong desire to hack the recruiting process and focus on data tracking and iterating on the recruitment process
  • Prior experience managing a 360 desk at a recruiting agency
