Customer Success Manager

What to Expect

  • You'll be the primary point of contact for you clients on marketing strategy, product training, and non-technical support questions

  • Support implementation, client onboarding and enablement, and work with business development teams to hit client renewal and upsell targets

  • Proactively analyze customer engagement with the product, and provide advice about how they can better engage their customers

  • Maintain ongoing regular contact with clients, and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual check-in meetings with clients

  • Gather customer feedback on the product, and work with Product and Engineering teams to translate that feedback into new product development and improvement


What You Definitely Need

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university

  • At least one year of experience working within the martech industry or within an internal marketing or PMO team

  • Familiar with technologies such as marketing automation, APIs, marketing analytics, and HTML


What Will Help

  • Experience within the Mobile and/or SaaS space
