What to Expect

  • Day to day client communication and management

  • Oversee and support client onboarding, platform training, kickoff calls

  • Responsibility for renewals and upsells

  • Assist with campaign implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting

  • Communicate ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers/agencies (provide any required documentation for creative delivery and set up)

 

What You Definitely Need

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university

  • At least two years of experience directly managing demand clients or publishers within the advertising space

  • Experience supporting a minimum of 10 clients simultaneously

  • Experience working with a programmatic advertising solution

 

What Will Help

  • Previous experience working with advertising agencies

  • At least one year of experience working with a RTB solution

  • Experience working with advertising platforms such as DART, Mediavisor, or Atlas
